Our priority is the health and safety of our guests and team members and we are committed to the highest operational and food safety standards.

In addition to the full preventive measures and the strengthening of our already rigorous restaurants procedures around food safety, cleanliness and hygiene in all our restaurants since the spread of Covid-19, we have now re-opened all our branches across Lebanon and are fully abiding by the public gathering capacity restriction in all our dining spaces.

Our delivery and drive thru services will continue to operate with complete adherence to food safety and personal hygiene throughout every step of food preparation and supply.

As to how BK® Lebanon is maintaining safety procedures with all restaurant workers, we would like to assure you that all BK® managers are now using a Coronavirus Prevention Checklist and processes, to ensure all Team Members are properly trained to understand and adhere to the new procedures. We have also put new policies in place and have enhanced our standards regarding hygiene and contactless procedures throughout all Restaurants.

Furthermore, all Employees go through thorough training that covers food safety, personal hygiene and cleaning before they are allowed to start any food preparation.

We hope you will BKareful and safe, meanwhile we will be closely monitoring the situation and will continue to follow guidance from local authorities and the WHO as the situation evolves.
